What Art Supply do You Just Need?
Today I want to ask you a question. If you were to be given one art supply, what would it be and what would you do with it?
This is an interesting question, one that I found I had to think a bit about. I have been very generous with myself in the matter of supplies. I lack for little and only utilize a small portion of my supplies on any given painting. I do use many of them, just a few at a time though.
After giving this some thought while I watch Reckless and Buddy play on the deck, I would like to have an easel that rolls and that I can keep on my porch. I have planned on painting outside on my deck since I bought this house, but other than working on a few small items, I have yet to really paint out there. I need to make that happen, it really is silly not to do it.
Ok a rolling easel like this one from Dick Blick is what I need. FYI I am not an affiliate of Dick Blick, just a fan... I may look into becoming an affiliate in the future.

It will hold a canvas up to 100”, you could not hear it, but I gave a deep sigh. It is kind of like when you have a crowd in a room say ohhhh when something delicious or beautiful is revealed to them. This beauty is something to dream about and save for. 100" Wow!
loved this post!!! This is definitely a loaded question for sure…LOL
Like you, I don’t need anything and yet, I always wish for more. A few years ago, I acquired a Cricut. I thought I was in heaven. I bet I have only used it a handful of times. Now it’s setting on the shelf along with the 50 plus cartridges I have collecting dust. I’ve thought about selling it, donating it, or even blessing it to someone. Then COVID hit…and now it still sits.
Something that I would buy to have in my art supplies would be more paper. I love beautiful paper pads to create my journals with. (I don’t remember the last time I purchased something to craft with). I’ve been trying to use what I have as I have WAY too much!!!
I’ll have to think on that for awhile. Right now my mind is full of website stuff!
