Emerging from the Abyss. I find myself pondering the Book of Genesis. This painting is one of my Beginning series of paintings focused on considering the exact moment the universe started to become. I envision the Eye of God blinking and eliminating the nothingness, that just that quickly the universe became real and inexplicable.
